Eaton SC300 System Controller

The Eaton SC300 System Controller is an advanced control and monitoring solution for Eaton DC Power Solutions. With high-level communication capability, built-in intelligence, comprehensive alarm and system status notifications, the SC300 controller caters for power system management including power system and AC grid status, battery backup, diesel generator and the local site environment. The latest SC300 version includes an additional physical port to allow connection to a larger range of external RS485 devices and dual A+B systems.

Controller with higher performance
The SC300 replaces the SC200 controller, providing higher performance and a range of advanced features, while being fully compatible with existing systems. It provides a full suite of advanced communications options for you, including built-in Ethernet interface, Web server, and SNMP agent. Alarm notifications may be by SNMP traps, email, SMS, or relay contact closures. The latest SC300 caters for Lithium battery support and A+B dual dc system support.

Intelligent system
The SC300 can improve performance with its intelligent “Smart Alarms” feature which enables highly configurable control and alarms to automate site management. It can for example disconnect loads during peak AC grid loading, run outdoor cabinets in low noise mode at night, manage cooling, or customize site alarms for your network requirements. The SC300 provides full generator control and fuel metering capability for off-grid, hybrid generator, battery, solar and wind applications.

User friendly installation and system
The SC300 ensures fast and problem free installation as it is supplied preconfigured with a default configuration or customized file. Front panel or Windows PC enables easy on-site changes. The high-resolution color LCD display is easy to read and has an easy-to-use menu structure. In addition, you can add easy and low cost I/O boards to your SC300 to make the controller more powerful and user friendly.
